Alexis is a Managing Partner of NovitasFTCL, that he co-founded in 2013 after having worked at UBS, Hawkpoint, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. As such, he is one of the earliest bankers to focus exclusively on M&A and capital raising advisory for mid-cap UK/European FinTech companies, having taken an entrepreneurial approach to create an independent boutique approach. Overall, he has been an M&A and corporate finance adviser for the past 30 years, focused on FinTech since 2004 and on Financial Services since 1995. And involved in the digital assets sector since 2019. He has advised on over 175 transactions on behalf of FinTech and Financial Institutions clients.
